How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we offer a 14-day return policy.
1. Request a Return / refund
Open the return portal link below to start your return:
Please make sure to contact us using the same email address you used when placing your order.
2. Receive Your Return Shipping Label
After processing your request, we will email you a return label.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- The return portal or email will show you what the carrier is and you can drop of the package at any drop off location of the specific carrier.
3. Prepare and Send Your Return
Returned items must be in:
- Unused, original condition
- With all original packaging, hangtags, and accessories
Pack your item securely, attach the provided return label, and drop off the parcel with the carrier indicated on the label.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
4. Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Your refund will be issued within 14 days.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase.
- The full return shipping cost (not discounted) will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If items are used, worn, or damaged, we may reduce the refund amount or refuse the return.
