How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we offer a 14-day return policy.
1. Request a Return / refund
Open the return portal link below to start your return:
Please make sure to use the same email address you used when placing your order.
2. Receive Your Return Shipping Label
Once your return request has been processed, you will receive a return label by email.

The return portal or confirmation email will indicate which carrier to use. You can then drop off your package at any designated drop-off location for that carrier
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Prepare and Send Your Return
Returned items must be in:
- Unused, original condition
- With all original packaging including hangtags
Pack your item securely, attach the provided return label, and drop off the parcel with the carrier indicated on the label.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
4. Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Your refund will be issued within 14 days.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase.
- The full return shipping cost (not discounted) will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- If items are used, worn, or damaged, we may reduce the refund amount or refuse the return.
