Terms & Conditions – Murtera ApS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on www.murtera.com, which is owned and operated by:

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms as they apply at the time of purchase. We recommend that you read them carefully before completing your order.
Murtera reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time with effect for future purchases.
1. Prices and Payment
All prices on www.murtera.com are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT (moms) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may also be displayed in euros (EUR) for customers outside Denmark, but all payments are processed in DKK, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Before confirming your order, the total amount — including shipping costs — will be clearly shown at checkout.
Payment can only be made through our secure online payment system. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (such as Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Payment is charged at the time of order placement, unless otherwise stated at checkout (for example, for pre-orders).
Your payment information is processed securely using encryption (SSL – Secure Socket Layer). Only our authorized payment provider has access to your card data.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or discounted products.
2. Delivery (EU)
Murtera ships orders using trusted carriers such as GLS, PostNord, or similar.
We deliver to addresses within Denmark and selected EU countries as shown at checkout.
Shipping costs depend on your chosen delivery method and will appear during checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If you do not receive your parcel within 5–7 business days, please contact us at hi@murtera.com.
Murtera is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, customs delays).
Risk of loss transfers to you only upon physical delivery of the goods to you or a person designated by you.
Until then, Murtera is responsible for the shipment.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Outside the EU)
- Customs duty or import tax based on the value of your goods;
- VAT or similar sales tax;
- Any additional fees or surchardes imposed by the carrier (customs handling fees, processing fees, etc.).

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
The 14-day period starts on the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we refer you to our return policy. There is a return. portal and explained how it works.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
After you contacted us for the return we will send you the return label. We recommend retaining proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
Returned items must be in unused, original condition, including original packaging and hangtags.
If items are returned used, worn, or damaged, Murtera may reduce the refund amount accordingly or refuse the return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase.

Certain items, such as underwear, base layers, or other intimate apparel, cannot be returned once opened or tried on for hygiene reasons.
5. Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please use the return portal which is explained in the Return Policy.
6. Warranty (Reklamationsret)
You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) for manufacturing defects or material faults that were present at delivery.
If you discover a defect, contact us as soon as possible hi@murtera.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
If the claim is valid, Murtera will cover the cost of return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund the item.
If the claim is invalid, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
7. Product Information
We strive to present all products as accurately as possible.
However, colour shades and details may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and device display settings.
Murtera reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, or adjust prices without prior notice.
8. Force Majeure
Murtera cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfil a contract due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, fires, floods, war, natural disasters, pandemics, or transport interruptions.
9. Personal Data
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We always aim to resolve any issues directly and quickly.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Danish law.
If you are an EU consumer, you retain your mandatory consumer rights and may bring claims in your country of residence.
